You guys might come across implementation of a math captcha (x + y = ?) with Gravity Forms, which has reCaptcha preloaded with it. reCaptcha is limited to spelling related challenges only. Hence, to enable a math captcha, just install the plugin Really Simple CAPTCHA, and a math captcha option will be available when you add (or edit) a captcha field in your gravity form. Use a custom CSS class to customise it as per your need.

Hope this bit of info helps you, as we’ll be using GF for all our form related tasks!
